Gordia — Hesap silme

Gordia hesabınızı ve ona bağlı tüm verileri iki yoldan silebilirsiniz.

01 Uygulama cihazınızdaysa

Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. İki kez onaylamanız istenir. Silme anlık ve kalıcıdır; bize yazmanız gerekmez.

02 Uygulama artık cihazınızda değilse

info@logifyix.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve şunları yazın:

Arkadaş kodunuz — uygulamada Profil ekranında "Arkadaş kodu" olarak görünür
Görünen adınız (örneğin Guest_1234)
Hesabınıza Google bağladıysanız e-postayı o Google adresinden gönderin

Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Bu, başka birinin sizin hesabınızı sildirmesini önlemek içindir. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve size yanıt veririz.

Misafir hesaplar yalnızca oluşturuldukları cihazda yaşar. Uygulamayı sildiyseniz o hesaba yeniden giremezsiniz, ama verilerinin silinmesini yine de isteyebilirsiniz.

03 Silinenler

Profiliniz ve görünen adınız, oyun geçmişiniz ve serileriniz, Brain Coin bakiyeniz ve geçmişi, başarımlarınız ve istatistikleriniz, arkadaşlıklarınız, posta kutunuzdaki mesajlar, liderlik ödülleriniz ve reklam ödülü kayıtlarınız. Google hesabı bağladıysanız e-posta adresiniz ve Google'dan gelen ad ve profil fotoğrafı bilgisi de silinir.

Hiçbir şey geri dönüşüm kutusunda tutulmaz; silinen hesap geri getirilemez.

04 Kalanlar

Diğer oyuncuların posta kutusundaki mesajlar. Daha önce başkalarına gönderilmiş bazı mesajlar adınızı metin olarak içerir (örneğin "… yarış davetini reddetti"). Bu mesajlar o oyuncuların kutusundadır; onlar silebilir.
Reklam verileri. Reklamları Google AdMob gösterir ve topladığı verilerin sorumlusu Google'dır. Cihazınızın reklam kimliğini Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntı: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Anonim kullanım verileri (PostHog). Hesabınıza bağlı değildir ve sizi tanımlamaz, bu yüzden hesapla birlikte silinmez. Göndermeyi Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Kullanım verisi gönder ile durdurabilirsiniz.

Gordia — Account deletion

You can delete your Gordia account and all data attached to it in two ways.

01 If the app is on your device

Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and permanent; you do not need to contact us.

02 If the app is no longer on your device

Send an email to info@logifyix.com with the subject "Account deletion" and include:

Your friend code — shown in the app on the Profile screen as "Friend code"
Your display name (for example Guest_1234)
If you linked a Google account, send the email from that Google address

We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours. This protects you from someone else having your account deleted. We will complete your request and reply within 30 days at the latest.

Guest accounts live only on the device where they were created. If you deleted the app you cannot sign back in to that account, but you can still ask us to delete its data.

03 What is deleted

Your profile and display name, game history and streaks, Brain Coin balance and history, achievements and statistics, friendships, the messages in your mailbox, leaderboard prizes and ad reward records. If you linked a Google account, your email address and the name and profile picture information received from Google are deleted too.

Nothing is kept in a recycle bin; a deleted account cannot be restored.

04 What remains

Messages in other players' mailboxes. Some messages previously sent to other players contain your name as text (for example "… declined your race invite"). Those messages sit in the other players' inboxes; they can delete them.
Advertising data. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and Google is the controller for the data it collects. You can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier under Settings → Google → Ads. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Anonymous usage data (PostHog). It is not linked to your account and does not identify you, so it is not deleted with the account. You can stop sending it in Settings → Privacy → Send usage data.
