Gizlilik Politikası

Logifyix ("Logifyix", "biz"), Gordia mobil uygulamasını ve logifyix.com sitesini işletir. Bu politika hangi kişisel verileri topladığımızı, neden topladığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve bu konuda ne yapabileceğinizi anlatır.

Logifyix bir şirket tarafından değil, bireysel bir geliştirici tarafından yürütülmektedir. KVKK ve GDPR uyarınca gerçek kişiler de veri sorumlusu olabilir; buradaki durum budur.

01 Kim olduğunuzu söylemeden oynayabilirsiniz

Gordia'yı ilk açtığınızda sizin için bir anonim hesap oluşturuyoruz. Bu hesap rastgele bir kimlik numarasından ibaret — ad yok, e-posta yok, telefon numarası yok. Kayıt olmanız istenmiyor ve bu numaradan kim olduğunuz anlaşılamıyor.

Bu hesap, cihazınızın reklam kimliğine bağlı değildir. Reklamların reklam kimliğini nasıl kullandığı 7. bölümde anlatılıyor.

Bunun ne anlama geldiğini lütfen bilin: anonim hesap yalnızca o tek cihazda yaşar. Uygulamayı silerseniz, cihazı sıfırlarsanız veya çıkış yaparsanız hesap ve ona bağlı her şey — seriniz, coinleriniz ve geçmişiniz — kalıcı olarak gider. Geri getiremeyiz, çünkü o hesabın size ait olduğunu anlamamızın bir yolu yok. Uygulama çıkış yapmadan önce sizi bu konuda uyarır.

02 Google hesabı bağlarsanız

Bağlama isteğe bağlıdır. Amacı tek şey: cihazınızı kaybettiğinizde ilerlemenizin kaybolmaması. Ayarlar → "Hesabını kaydet" adımını kullanırsanız Google bize şunları iletir:

Yalnızca openid, email ve profile izinlerini istiyoruz. Gmail'inizi, kişilerinizi, takviminizi, fotoğraflarınızı veya dosyalarınızı okumuyoruz ve Google'dan bunun için izin istemiyoruz.

Bağlama, Google'ı zaten sahip olduğunuz hesaba ekler. Kimliğiniz değişmez, mevcut ilerlemeniz olduğu yerde kalır.

Görünen adınız ve avatarınız liderlikte ve yarışlarda her zaman görünür. Profilinizdeki coin, seri ve galibiyet sayıları da diğer oyunculara açıktır; Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Statlarımı gizle ile bunları gizleyebilirsiniz. Gizleme sunucuda uygulanır: o bilgiler diğer oyunculara hiç gönderilmez.

Konumunuzu, kişilerinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, gezinme geçmişinizi veya herhangi bir ödeme bilgisini toplamıyoruz. Gordia'da bugün uygulama içi satın alma yoktur; Brain Coin satın alınamaz.

Bu listenin dışında kalan tek şey reklamlardır: reklam gösterimi cihazınızın reklam kimliğini kullanır. Ayrıntısı 7. bölümde.

04 Bildirimler

Bildirimlere izin verirseniz uygulama size günlük seri hatırlatması gönderir. Bu bildirim tamamen cihazınızda kurulur ve cihazınızda kalır: bize hiçbir şey iletilmez, sunucularımızda saklanan bir bildirim jetonu yoktur. Cihaz ayarlarından bildirimleri kapatmak bunu durdurur.

Uzaktan gönderilen (push) bildirimler — örneğin yarış davetleri — şu anda etkin değildir. Devreye aldığımızda her cihazınız için bir bildirim jetonu saklamamız gerekecek; o gün bu politikayı yeni bir tarihle güncelleyecek ve uygulama içinde bilgilendireceğiz.

05 Verileriniz nerede saklanıyor

Verileriniz, Amazon Web Services üzerinde barındırılan Supabase altyapısında, eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Almanya) bölgesinde saklanır. Avrupa Birliği sınırları içinde kalır.

06 Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Reklam profillemesi için paylaşmıyoruz. Aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıları, yalnızca belirtilen amaçla kullanıyoruz:

Kullanım analitiği (PostHog). Hangi oyunların açılıp bitirildiğini, yarışların ve reklamların ne sıklıkla kullanıldığını ölçmek için PostHog'u kullanıyoruz. Gönderilenler: olayın adı (örneğin "oyun bitti"), oyun ve zorluk, puan ve süre gibi oyun bilgileri, uygulamanın açılıp kapanması, uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi ve cihaz modeli, ve uygulamanın bu cihaz için ürettiği rastgele bir kimlik. Bu kimlik hesabınıza bağlanmaz; adınız, e-postanız, arkadaş kodunuz ve hesap numaranız gönderilmez. IP adresinizden konum çıkarılmaz ve IP adresiniz saklanmaz. Veriler PostHog'un AB sunucularında (Frankfurt) tutulur.

Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Kullanım verisi gönder ile istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz; kapattığınızda hiçbir kullanım verisi gönderilmez. Bu veriler hesabınıza bağlı olmadığı için hesap silme onları kapsamaz — zaten sizi tanımlamazlar.

Bir sağlayıcıyı daha eklemeyi planlıyoruz, bugün etkin değil: Sentry (çökme raporları). Devreye girmeden önce bu politikayı yeni bir tarihle güncelleyecek ve uygulama içinde bilgilendireceğiz.

Yasal olarak zorunlu olduğumuz hâllerde de veri paylaşabiliriz.

07 Reklamlar

Gordia ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir. İki tür reklam var:

Ödüllü reklam — yalnızca siz başlatırsanız oynar; izlediğinizde Brain Coin kazanırsınız.
Geçiş reklamı — bir oyunu bitirip ana sayfaya dönerken çıkar.

Reklam gösterebilmek için AdMob cihazınızın reklam kimliğine (Android Advertising ID) erişir. Bu kimliği biz üretmiyoruz ve hesap numaranızla ilişkilendirmiyoruz. Cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya tamamen silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar.

AdMob ayrıca reklamı seçip gösterebilmek için IP adresinizi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerinizi ve reklamla etkileşiminizi işler. Bu verilerin sorumlusu Google'dır; ne topladığını ve nasıl kullandığını Google'ın iş ortağı sayfasında açıklıyor: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Ödüllü reklamda coin'i biz vermiyoruz: AdMob'un sunucusu, reklamın gerçekten izlendiğini imzalı bir bildirimle bize iletiyor ve coin öyle yatıyor. O bildirim yalnızca hesap numaranızı ve ödül bilgisini taşır.

Reklam gelirini oyunu ücretsiz tutmak için kullanıyoruz. Reklamları kaldıran bir seçenek üzerinde çalışıyoruz; geldiğinde bu politikayı güncelleyeceğiz.

08 Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz

Verilerinizi hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklıyoruz. Hesabınızı silerseniz veriler anında kaldırılır — bir sonraki bölüme bakın.

Bir sınır var — Brain Coin geçmişi: bir hareketin otomatik olarak silinmesi için hem en son 500 hareketin dışında kalması hem de 30 günden eski olması gerekir. Böylece son 30 gün her hâlükârda bütün kalır. Bakiyeniz bundan etkilenmez; bakiye ayrı tutulur, geçmişten hesaplanmaz.

Cüzdan ekranındaki "Geçmişi temizle" düğmesi bir silme işlemi değildir: yalnızca o tarihten öncesini size gösterilmez kılar. Kayıtlar yerinde kalır, çünkü liderlik sıralaması aynı kayıtlardan hesaplanıyor ve silmek sizi kendi sıralamanızdan düşürürdü.

Tek istisna: geçmiş yarış kayıtları, diğer oyuncuların sonuçları bozulmasın diye olay geçmişini korur; ancak sizin kimliğiniz bu kayıtlardan çıkarılır. Geriye kalan kayıtlardan size ulaşılamaz.

09 Hesabınızı silmek

Uygulamada: Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. İki kez onaylamanız istenir.

Silme anlık ve kalıcıdır. Profiliniz, oyun geçmişiniz, coin bakiyeniz, arkadaşlıklarınız ve mesajlarınız silinir; cihazınızdaki önbellek kopya da temizlenir. Hiçbir şey geri dönüşüm kutusunda tutulmaz ve geri alma yoktur — fikrinizi değiştirirseniz hesabı geri getiremeyiz.

Bunun için bize e-posta atmanız veya izin istemeniz gerekmez.

Bir istisna: daha önce başka oyunculara gönderilmiş bazı posta kutusu mesajları adınızı metin olarak içerir (örneğin "… yarış davetini reddetti"). Bu mesajlar o oyuncuların kutusundadır ve hesabınızla birlikte silinmez; onlar silebilir.

10 Haklarınız

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve Avrupa Birliği'nde GDPR uyarınca; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini isteme, işlenmesini kısıtlama veya işlenmesine itiraz etme ve verilerinizin taşınabilir bir kopyasını alma haklarına sahipsiniz. info@logifyix.com adresine yazın, 30 gün içinde dönüş yapalım.

Sonuçtan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (KVKK) şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

11 Çocuklar

Gordia 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaysanız, ülkeniz daha düşük bir yaş belirlememişse asgari yaş 16'dır. Bu yaşların altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamıyoruz; topladığımızı öğrenirsek hesabı sileriz.

12 Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politikayı değiştirirsek en üstteki tarihi güncelleriz. Sizi maddi olarak etkileyen değişikliklerde — yeni bir hizmet sağlayıcı, yeni bir veri kategorisi — değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde bilgilendiririz.

Privacy Policy

Logifyix ("Logifyix", "we", "us") operates the Gordia mobile application and the website logifyix.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

Logifyix is run by an individual developer, not a company. Under the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK a natural person can be a data controller, and that is the case here.

We do not publish a postal address here. Write to the address above and we will provide one where you are entitled to it.

01 You can play without telling us who you are

When you first open Gordia we create an anonymous account for you. It is a random identifier and nothing more — no name, no email address, no phone number. You are not asked to register and you cannot be identified from it.

This account is not linked to your device's advertising identifier. How advertising uses that identifier is explained in section 7.

Please understand what this means: an anonymous account lives only on that one device. If you delete the app, reset the device, or sign out, the account and everything attached to it — your streak, coins and history — are permanently gone. We cannot restore it, because we have no way of knowing it was yours. The app warns you about this before you sign out.

02 If you link a Google account

Linking is optional. It exists so that your progress survives losing your device. If you use Settings → "Save your account", Google sends us:

your email address
your name and profile picture, if your Google profile has them
your Google account identifier

We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, photos or files, and we never ask Google for permission to do so.

Linking attaches Google to the account you already have. Your identifier does not change and your existing progress stays exactly where it is.

03 What we store while you play

Your display name and avatar are always visible on leaderboards and in races. The coin, streak and win counts on your profile are visible to other players too; you can hide them with Settings → Privacy → Hide my stats. Hiding is enforced on our server: that information is never sent to other players.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, your browsing history, or any payment information. Gordia contains no in-app purchases today; Brain Coins cannot be bought.

The one thing outside this list is advertising: showing ads uses your device's advertising identifier. See section 7.

04 Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app sends you a daily streak reminder. That reminder is scheduled entirely on your device and stays there: nothing is sent to us, and we hold no notification token on our servers. Turning notifications off in your device settings stops it.

Remote (push) notifications — race invites, for example — are not active today. When we enable them we will need to store a notification token for each of your devices; on that day we will update this policy with a new date and tell you inside the app.

05 Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) region. It stays in the European Union.

06 Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising profiling. We use the following processors, each only for the purpose named:

Usage analytics (PostHog). We use PostHog to measure which games are opened and finished, and how often races and ads are used. What is sent: the event name (for example "game finished"), the game and difficulty, game details such as score and duration, the app being opened and closed, the app version, operating system and device model, and a random identifier the app creates for this device. That identifier is not linked to your account; your name, email, friend code and account number are never sent. Your location is not derived from your IP address and your IP address is not stored. The data is kept on PostHog's EU servers (Frankfurt).

You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy → Send usage data; once it is off, no usage data is sent. Because this data is not linked to your account, deleting your account does not cover it — it does not identify you in the first place.

We plan to add one more processor, which is not active today: Sentry (crash reports). Before it is enabled we will update this policy with a new date and tell you in the app.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

07 Advertising

Gordia is free and shows advertising through Google AdMob. There are two kinds:

Rewarded ads — these play only if you start them, and you earn Brain Coins for watching.
Interstitial ads — these appear when you finish a game and return to the home screen.

To serve ads, AdMob accesses your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID). We do not generate it and we do not link it to your account identifier. You can reset it or delete it entirely in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads.

AdMob also processes your IP address, device and app information, and your interaction with ads in order to select and display them. Google is the controller for that data and explains what it collects on its partner page: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

For rewarded ads, we do not grant the coins ourselves: AdMob's server tells us with a signed notification that the ad was genuinely watched, and the coins are credited from that. The notification carries only your account identifier and the reward details.

We use advertising revenue to keep the game free. We are working on an option to remove ads; we will update this policy when it arrives.

08 How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and it is removed immediately — see the next section.

There is one limit — your Brain Coin history: for an entry to be removed automatically it must be both outside your most recent 500 transactions and older than 30 days, so the last 30 days always stay intact. Your balance is unaffected — it is stored separately and is not calculated from the history.

The "Clear history" button in the wallet is not a deletion: it only hides everything before that moment from you. The records stay, because the leaderboard is calculated from those same records and deleting them would drop you out of your own ranking.

One exception: records of past races keep the event history so the other players' results stay intact, but your identifier is removed from them. What remains cannot be traced back to you.

09 Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile, game history, coin balance, friendships and messages are erased, and the cached copy on your device is cleared. Nothing is kept in a recycle bin and there is no undo — we cannot bring the account back if you change your mind.

You do not have to email us and you do not have to ask permission.

One exception: some mailbox messages previously sent to other players contain your name as text (for example "… declined your race invite"). Those messages sit in the other players' inboxes and are not erased with your account; they can delete them.

10 Your rights

Under the GDPR and, in Türkiye, under the KVKK, you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to info@logifyix.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK).

11 Children

Gordia is not directed at children under 13. If you are in the European Economic Area, the minimum age is 16 unless your country sets it lower. We do not knowingly collect data from children below these ages; if we learn that we have, we delete the account.

12 Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For changes that materially affect you — a new processor, a new category of data — we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
